SHRIMP KABOBS

(TOTAL COOK TIME 40 MINUTES)

INGREDIENTS FOR 4-6 SERVINGS

THE SEAFOOD

20-25 jumbo shrimp

THE INGREDIENTS

6 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped

Parsley, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons

Cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Olive oil – ½ cup

THE SMOKE

Preheat the smoker for half an hour, to 225 °F (107 °C)

Choose your favorite wood chips and place them in the metal smoker box

METHOD

For the shrimp: Season the shrimp with the garlic, parsley, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Drizzle the oil over the shrimp.

Thread the shrimps on skewers.

Place the kabobs in the smoker and smoke for 30-35 minutes, until the shrimp are sufficiently cooked through and opaque.
